Zed A. Shaw cf3da32681 Fixed two bugs in Effect. 1. The shaders weren't being applied to everything, only shapes. 2. The Textual components were getting a not-shape shader but should be shapes.

Zed A. Shaw 06ca57e5da Had to rename sfml to sfmlbackend because on Windows the filesystem is case insensitive so include <SFML/*> was accidentally including _my_ <sfml/config.hpp> file.
